YouTube Not Working? Does the camera crash? This is what really aided me (free tool)
I was assisting a friend in fixing his old POCO phone a few days ago; I'm quite certain it was a POCO X3 or a similar model. The problem? The camera app would break as soon as it opened, and YouTube would not load. Typical post-update chaos. To make matters worse, the majority of the standard tricks weren't working because it was running Android 14.
I did what any of us would do because I didn't want to flash anything or waste hours looking for the correct firmware. I went in search of a shortcut.
Enter the PhoneProgramFix Team's YouTube & Camera Fix Tool.👇
I randomly came over this small tool created by the PhoneProgramFix Tool Team (kudos to them and the legend MrMiX7779, whoever you are). To be honest, I didn't have high expectations. The majority of free tools are either broken, ad-filled, or require payment after two clicks.
However, this one? Very easy, and it did the trick.
Its Function:👇
- Fixes YouTube app issues (stuck loading, won’t play videos)
- Fixes camera problems (crashes, black screen, “can’t connect” error)
- Shows your Device ID (handy for those on Android 13–15)
- Free to use
- Password-protected archive: @Phone_Program_Fix
- Downloaded and extracted the tool (had to use the password above).
- Enabled USB debugging on the phone.
- Connected the device, ran the tool.
- Clicked Camera Fix → log says “Camera Fix APK installed successfully.”
- Clicked YouTube Fix for good measure.
