Firehose Finder Tool for Qualcomm Devices - Free

Firehose Finder is a tool that helps people identify the best programmer for their individual devices. The method begins with a button labeled "Poll the device with a reboot into emergency mode," which displays the device's ID for programmer selection. When identifiers are absent, users can manually insert information such as "Model," "Manufacturer," and "Alternative name." Users who are unclear of their device identifiers can search for them using the app's "Device Collection" feature.

How to use it?

Step 1: Poll the Device

    1. Reboot into Emergency Mode: Click the first button labelled "Poll the device with a reboot into emergency mode" to obtain device identifiers.
    2. Manually Enter Identifiers (if necessary): If not all identifiers are retrieved, manually enter the "Manufacturer," "Model," and "Alternative name."
    3. Use Device Collection: If you cannot find the identifiers, navigate to the "Device collection" tab to browse for your device and select the data by double-tapping.

Step 2: Search for a Programmer

  1. Select Folder: After entering the device data, click the second button labeled "Search" and choose a folder containing pre-loaded programmers from various resources.
  2. Analyze Compatibility: The application will analyze the compatibility of the selected programmers with the entered device identifiers, rating them from highest to lowest.
  3. Check Ratings: Review the ratings, with a maximum of 10 indicating the highest likelihood that the programmer matches your device.

Step 3: Verify Compliance

  1. Load Programmer: Load the programmer with the highest rating into the device memory.
  2. Execute Commands: Send commands to verify compliance, such as rebooting the device from emergency mode to normal or reading memory data
